Staff Roster
Registered users can click here to see a list of all locations with Nav Staff and Affiliates
Nav Staff can download an official Staff Roster from The Navigators Staff Financial Center and selecting Staff Lookup. In the Search box type “M1R” and all military and first responder staff will be listed. There is an option to Download a copy at the top of the page. You will need your official Navs Microsoft logon. Note: EDGE Corps and Encore staff serving with M1R will NOT show up in that search.
Supervisor Personnel Manual
This manual addresses personnel procedures required of managers/supervisors in the following missions: COLL, D4L, ENC, ISM, M1R, NWIN, & WM. The handbook will be updated and refreshed regularly and it covers the following topics:
- Helpful Information: website links, reports you can run in Workday, contact list for HQ departments
- annual PPRs, annual reaffirmation of core documents
- Bringing on a New Staff: application/pre-hire process, onboarding, FSO, starting a salary
- Job Changes for your Staff: salary, hours, job title, transfers, Nav Rep Commissioning, sabbaticals, bonuses
- Funding: Funding Policy and Staff Financial Center
- Separation Process: ending employment, retirement, deceased staff
- Personal Updates for your Staff: marriage, baby, moving, etc.
